Sp8de is a new-generation blockchain gaming platform, based on the Cardano – a project that builds the unique entropy-injecting Proof-of-Stake protocol Ouroboros, which allows for the development and operation of distributed casino applications by eliminating completely all of the problems of traditional and online gambling environments. Sp8de provenly trumps all other blockchain casino projects as it allows players to bet as small amount of bet as they want, to know the result of their bet the very moment of the conclusion of the game, and all this, while being confident that neither the casino nor other players can manipulate in any way the outcome of the dice roll.
Blockchain is a distributed cryptography-powered database that maintains a list of records, chained together against revision and tampering.
Cardano is a new-generation blockchain protocol developed by IOHK, to which Sp8de will connect its own blockchain.
No, the Sp8de project is not related to the IOHK Team in any way. However, the Cardano blockchain will be utilized, which is developed and supported by IOHK.
A fundamental building block of Sp8de is the Proof-of-Stake algorithm – Ouroboros – which is used by Cardano and the only protocol to have been scientifically (mathematically) proven to generate provable randomness and be secure.
Smart contracts are computer protocols that automatically, verify, facilitate and enforce the performance of the contract in question.
An ERC20 token is a unit of account on the blockchain called Ethereum which is an open-source, public, blockchain-based computing platform with smart contract functionality. We use Ethereum to distribute our own ERC20 Token called SPX
The SPX token can be bought with Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ada/Cardano (ADA) during the ICO stages – Pre-Sale, Sale, and Jackpots. Those who exchanged their ETH, BTC, or ADA for SPX during the Pre-Sale/Sale stages will get for free more SPX during the Jackpots. Full details can be found on the lending page of SP8DE.COM and in the white paper and in the short paper
SPX is a token issued on Ethereum blockchain. Therefore, you need to create an ETH address to receive and store your SPX tokens. You can use any Ethereum wallet: Parity, MyEtherWallet (you need to add a custom token), Metamask, Mist or Ledger.
The token distribution is divided in two parts – Pre-Sale and ICO. The Pre-Sale was from January 8, 2018 until February 8, 2018 when the ICO began. The ICO ends on March 11, 2018.
The amount of SPX you can get for 1 ETH is different for each phase of the ICO – the most SPX per ETH you can get during the Pre-Sale (98888 SPX for 1 ETH) – see the graph on the lending page www.sp8de.com for more details or the Sp8de white paper paper and on “short” put the short white paper.
8,888,888,888 SPX will be issued of which 20% (1,777,777,778 SPX) will be reserved for the team while about 41% (3,655,555,558 SPX) will be distributed during the Sales and nearly 39% (3,455,555,552) will be given away during the Jackpots.
The minimum investment amount is be 20$
It is possible to send from exchanges, however, bear in mind that you need to register to provide us your Ethereum address in order to receive the SPX tokens. If you send funds from a cryptocurrency exchange and did not provide us your Ethereum address you will not receive the SPX tokens immediately (if you did this contact us immediately at [email protected]
The token will be available on major cryptocurrency exchanges after the ICO is successfully completed. Please check the roadmap.
The tokens will be available immediately after the ICO is over. After the Sp8de platform is ready you will be able to use them, for example, in the games created.
We have created a special distribution schedule according to which we will give away a part of the unsold tokens. See the white paperfor details.
We make sure the entire ICO chain is fully secure. We balance blockchain code with the regular centralized approach: blockchain holds the bare minimum for our system to be fully trustworthy, and the servers are responsible for complex parts and interfaces. For the ICO, we use straightforward, smart contracts proven to be safe in other projects. We protect our servers from external attacks (DDoS protection, code audit) and internal attack propagation (e.g. compartmentalization and event monitoring).
